Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
If you are an AWS Free Tier customer with a free plan, you are eligible to subscribe to this offer. You can use free credits to cover the cost of eligible AWS infrastructure. See AWS Free Tier for more details. If you created an AWS account before July 15th, 2025, and qualify for the Legacy AWS Free Tier, Amazon EC2 charges for Micro instances are free for up to 750 hours per month. See Legacy AWS Free Tier for more details.
You pay by the hour for the compute instance that runs this appointment booking software. Pricing follows three EC2 instance sizes. The t3.micro is the smallest option, suited to light workloads. The t3.medium offers more capacity for moderate use. The c3.large is a compute-focused size for heavier processing needs. You pick one instance type and pay only for the hours it runs. Your cost scales with usage time and the instance you choose, not with the number of appointments or users.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What resource specs do the t3.micro, t3.medium, and c3.large instances provide?
Each name refers to an EC2 instance size. The t3.micro is a small burstable instance for light workloads. The t3.medium is a burstable instance with more memory and CPU for moderate use. The c3.large is compute-focused for heavier processing. You pick one size and pay per hour it runs.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped or paused?
Charges apply per running hour of the instance you choose. When the instance is fully stopped, software charges stop accruing. Stopped instances may still incur separate AWS storage fees for attached volumes, but the software meters running hours only.
Does my cost change with the number of appointments booked or users served?
No. Your cost depends only on the instance size you select and the hours it runs. Booking volume, number of services, and user count do not affect the hourly software charge. To handle more load, you can choose a size with more capacity.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
