You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

SquareX will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available on a 24/7 basis twenty-four 24 hours per day, seven 7 days per week with Monthly Uptime Percentage defined below of 99.7%, measured monthly collectively, the Uptime Commitment. Available means that the Services can be accessed by Customer with Availability having a correlative meaning. Monthly Uptime Percentage mean the number of minutes of Availability during a calendar month as a percentage of the total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the Downtime and Downtime means, collectively any time that the Services are not Available due to scheduled system backup, maintenance of upgrades, or other on-going maintenance periods, as required and notified in advance by SquareX Schedule Maintenance. Any emergency maintenance period that SquareX, at its sole discretion, determines is necessary. Maintenance requested by Customer. Outages of Customer procured or SquareX procured third-party connections or utilities or other reasons beyond SquareX control any Force Major Event. Any act or omission of Customer or Customer breach of this Agreement; and any delay responding or notifying SquareX or otherwise caused by Customer or its Representatives or service providers, or any Customer System. SquareX will notify Customer of its standard on-going maintenance windows, include through a posting on the Portal, which are subject to change with at least thirty 30 days written notice to Customer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Downtime attributed to Scheduled Maintenance shall be capped at 180 minutes per month.
