Overview
Dynamical’s Axonius 30-Day Implementation Service is a structured deployment engagement designed to help organizations establish an accurate, actionable asset intelligence foundation. Dynamical’s experienced Axonius engineers work with customer stakeholders to confirm requirements, define the implementation plan, and configure Axonius according to the agreed scope and business priorities.
Throughout the 30-day engagement, Dynamical configures the customer-approved adapter scope across applicable identity, endpoint, cloud, workspace, mobile device management, network, security, and business technologies. The implementation may also include dashboards, saved queries, asset-management workflows, ticketing or collaboration integrations, compliance use cases, and enforcement actions identified in the customer’s statement of work.
Dynamical validates adapter health and data accuracy, optimizes configurations and workflows, documents implementation outcomes, and conducts an operational handoff with recommended next steps. Final scope, adapters, integrations, deliverables, pricing, responsibilities, and payment terms are established in the customer’s AWS Marketplace private offer and statement of work. This service supports Axonius Asset Cloud; required software licensing is purchased separately unless expressly included in the private offer. Customers remain responsible for any separate AWS infrastructure or service charges incurred in their environments.

Engagement schedules, meeting cadence, escalation procedures, and any additional support commitments will be defined in the customer’s private offer and statement of work.
