Overview
Generative Technologies helps health authorities, payers, and providers stand up automated, defensible claims audit and fraud, waste and abuse (FWA) detection on AWS. Our team configures and deploys the Generative Technologies regulatory audit engine, a pre-existing proprietary product available separately on AWS Marketplace (see PHI De-identification by ClerkAI and related Generative Technologies products), against your specific regulatory corpus.
A typical engagement includes: assessment and scoping (review of your regulatory documents, claims-data schema and audit objectives); regulatory rule extraction (our methodology converts your jurisdiction's regulations and coverage rules into deterministic, source-traceable verification rulepacks that run on the engine); verification and validation (synthetic-data testing and back-testing against your adjudicated claims to establish accuracy before go-live); secure in-tenant deployment on AWS (the engine and rulepacks run inside your AWS account using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon EC2 or container services, AWS Lambda and Amazon S3; PHI and claims data never leave your environment); and reviewer enablement with managed support (case-review dashboard setup, analyst onboarding, ongoing rulepack maintenance).
Engagements are delivered under a Statement of Work agreed through a private offer. The engine is proprietary, pre-existing software licensed separately; these services configure and deploy that engine for the customer's internal use. Generative Technologies retains all right, title and interest in its engine, its rule-extraction methodology, the verification rulepacks and workflows produced, and the user interface and dashboards. The customer owns its own data and the audit findings generated for its claims, and receives a license to use, not ownership of, the software, rulepacks and interface.
Highlights
- Regulatory rule extraction: your regulations and coverage rules converted into deterministic, source-traceable verification rulepacks, every rule tied to a verbatim source quote.
- Secure in-tenant deployment: the engine and rulepacks run inside your own AWS account (Amazon Bedrock and AWS compute); claims data and PHI never leave your environment.
- Verification and enablement: back-testing against your adjudicated claims before go-live, reviewer dashboard setup, analyst onboarding, and rulepack maintenance as regulations change.
