Coverage and scope
24/7 follow-the-sun operations. We handle platform monitoring, incident response, CI/CD and infrastructure changes, security guardrail upkeep, and regular cost/health reviews. Work is performed in your AWS account; AWS service usage is billed by AWS to you.
The onboarding process
We start with a kickoff to confirm scope, success measures, named contacts and comms, then establish least-privilege access to your AWS accounts, repos, registries and third-party services where required. Joint discovery workshops define the Target Architecture and Operating Model (roles, PR approvals, change windows, incident paths). We harden platform baselines (IAM, KMS encryption, network boundaries, backups, logging/trails, guardrail checks), implement PR-based CI/CD and IaC with policy checks, environment promotion and safe rollback, and configure observability, SLOs, alerts, runbooks, on-call and a change calendar with cost visibility. A controlled release (blue/green or canary where applicable) verifies controls and recovery before acceptance. Response targets and escalation are documented and from there we provide 24/7 monitoring, incident response, change management, guardrail upkeep and periodic health/cost reviews on a regular service cadence.
