You pay through two separate charges. The One Time Product Activation and Configuration Fees cover setting up and configuring the platform, and you pay this once at the start. The Annual License Fees are a recurring yearly charge that scales with the number of user licenses you need. More users means a higher annual fee. This is a contract-based, cloud-hosted procurement platform that digitizes the buying cycle. The two charges work together: one launches your setup, the other keeps your licenses active each year.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One license maps to one named user account on the platform. This can include non-procurement roles like legal, quality, and finance staff who take part in the buying cycle. Suppliers who bid via email do not need a login and are not counted as user licenses.
The Annual License Fees scale with the number of user licenses you hold. Adding users raises the annual charge in line with the added licenses. The one-time activation and configuration fee is not affected, since it applies only at initial setup.
You pay the One Time Product Activation and Configuration Fees once at setup. The Annual License Fees then recur each year based on user count. The one-time fee does not repeat. Over a multi-year period, the recurring license fees drive most of your ongoing cost.
