Discovery Carrying out a discovery of your IT infrastructure and application estate will allow us to understand your application hierarchy and suitability for transformation or migration to the Cloud for SMB solution providing a clear road map of activities and end state.

Design and build Formulate the best migration methods to utilise, with detailed tasks for each migration event. Rapid deployment of the Cloud for SMB AWS platform based on best practice and Well Architected Framework, as well as associated connectivity to support the inbound workloads and services

Transition Bell will Manage and transition services to your new AWS Cloud for SMB platform with minimal business impact, providing real-time progress reports

Operate Bell will onboard any workloads, connectivity and core services remaining on-premise as well as transitioned services into our Managed Services team who will monitor, support and optimise the entire IT estate to agreed SLA’s.
