Scope includes: initial gap analysis against the target framework; design and implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) or equivalent control framework; development of the full policy suite tailored to the client's business context and operational model; risk assessment methodology design and initial risk register population; control implementation guidance and evidence gathering; deployment and configuration of trust management platforms (typically Vanta) to automate evidence collection and monitoring; preparation of the audit evidence library; selection and liaison with certification bodies or audit firms; pre-audit readiness review and remediation of any outstanding gaps; and handover documentation including ongoing maintenance guidance.
