BrowserAct offers three contract tiers: Essential, Advanced, and Premium. Each tier is a monthly commitment that grants a set pool of credits. Essential includes 50,000 credits, Advanced includes 100,000, and Premium includes 200,000. Credits are the shared usage unit; each automation step consumes 5 credits. Credits reset at the start of every billing cycle and do not roll over. The tiers also differ in how many tasks you can run at once: 20, 40, and 80 simultaneous tasks respectively. You pick a tier based on expected monthly credit use and concurrency needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Credits are the shared usage unit across the platform. Each automation step in a workflow consumes 5 credits. Building an AI-driven Bot and running it also draw from the same credit balance, as do optional browser or proxy add-on services. Your monthly credit pool covers all of this activity.
The current automation step finishes before execution pauses. Proxy connections pause once your credit balance reaches zero. To keep tasks running, you add credits or move to a tier with a larger monthly pool. Credits do not carry over; they reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Your tier sets both a monthly credit pool and a cap on simultaneous tasks: 20, 40, or 80. The task cap limits how many runs execute at once; it does not add separate charges. Cost is driven by credits consumed. Optional browser and proxy services also draw from the same credit balance.
