Approach

Adastra will lead a series of discovery sessions and workshops focusing on current state facilities, current IIoT environment and interconnectivity, enterprise source systems, analytics challenges, future state goals, and existing analytics use cases. Following this discovery, Adastra will recommend next steps for the implementation of one or more of our Horizon pilot solutions, either from our Pilot Catalog, or a custom solution based on your organization’s needs.

Activities:

• Perform discovery re: current state facilities/devices /protocols, enterprise system sources, IIoT analytic challenges, factory of the future goals, and existing analytic use cases
• Assess current state organizational “Thee Horizon" maturity for IIOT manufacturing insights
• Define prioritized IIoT analytic use case inventory, including Adastra Art of the Possible visioning
• Map data sources to OT model levels, and define data ingestion method by source
• Define AWS service architecture covering edge, cloud, ingestion, and use cases requirements
• Define AWS network architecture covering edge and cloud services
• Define AWS security design aligned to roles, responsibilities, and data classification
• Validate/adjust AWS designs with customer’s architecture review board
• Define a targeted Three Horizon phased roadmap for IIOT analytics
• Map analytic value milestones into the roadmap, aligned to prioritized use case inventory

Deliverables:

• A targeted roadmap for high-priority analytics use case(s)
• AWS cost estimates for AWS services (short-term and long-term)
• AWS implementation approach and proposed team and cost to deliver the roadmap
• Skills assessment/plan, support team structure, and ongoing support costs for the roadmap
