This listing bills by request volume across independent components. You start with the mandatory HSM ST Cloud dimension, which runs the device inside the provider's infrastructure. You then add cryptographic API modules as needed, each priced per request: key management, document signing, two-factor authentication, LGPD anonymization, PIX, SPB, card transactions, blockchain custody, secret sharing, block signing, authorization, AI fraud prevention, antifraud, and a management bus. Separate one-time charges cover setup, whether cloud or on-premises. Annual support options vary by coverage hours and remote or onsite access. Administration and development training are billed separately.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one request for billing across the API modules?
Each module bills per request, meaning each cryptographic operation you send to that API. A single key management call, one document signature, one OTP generation, or one PIX transaction each count as one request. Modules meter independently, so you pay only for the operations each API actually processes.
How do the mandatory HSM ST Cloud charge and the API module charges combine on my bill?
You always pay the mandatory HSM ST Cloud dimension, which runs the device in the provider's infrastructure. On top of that, each API module you enable bills separately per request. Charges add together, and API request volume drives most of the cost for high-throughput workloads.
What do the setup and support dimensions cover, and how do they differ from the per-request charges?
Setup is a one-time charge per machine, for cloud or on-premises installation. Support is billed annually and varies by coverage: 8x5 or 24x7, remote or onsite. Training for administration or development is charged separately. These are fixed charges, not metered by request volume.
