LIFF jus.gov by Turivius is the legal-intelligence layer for the public sector, built for courts, public prosecution offices, state and municipal attorney general offices, public defenders and public legal departments. More than 50,000 new decisions are published in Brazil every day; jus.gov turns that volume into institutional intelligence rather than backlog.

Grounded, not generative-only. The platform is built on Turivius' proprietary database of more than 180 million decisions across 100+ Brazilian courts, updated daily and developed over eight years — an asset that is effectively non-replicable. Every analysis is anchored in real, retrievable decisions with verified original references, which is what separates jus.gov from generic legal automation tools that hallucinate citations. Research can optionally be complemented with public web sources such as official government sites and news outlets.

Institution-specific by design. Users create projects scoped to the case law that actually governs their work. A judge in Ceará, for example, can build a project grounded in their own prior rulings, in the case law of the court that reviews them, and — when useful — in the STJ's or STF's rullings on the same matter. Teams can also monitor themes of institutional interest and automatically receive new relevant decisions, so theses stay current and jurisprudential shifts are anticipated rather than discovered late.

Beyond case law research. LIFF jus.gov analyzes dozens of documents or full case files simultaneously: comparing similar cases, identifying weaknesses in the opposing party's arguments, summarizing extensive records and extracting relevant information from large document volumes. It supports the drafting of opinions, petitions, appeals, technical notes, reports, submissions, fillings, pleadings and institutional communications, always in the context of the specific case. A key differentiator is the ability to compare the documents of a case against the applicable case law, presenting the decisions used and their verified original references — so professionals can check the sources behind every analysis. All work stays organized in a secure and confidential environment, with history and context preserved across sessions.

Specialized agents, including Brazil's first jurimetrics agent. The Jurimetrics Agent researches hundreds of decisions related to a given thesis and automatically extracts parties, matters discussed, legal grounds, outcomes and monetary values, organizing them into structured tables, charts and reports. Institutions gain visibility into judgment patterns, jurisprudential trends, success rates and the factors that influence outcomes — enabling them to identify repetitive matters, assess risk, standardize theses, set priorities and direct specialized staff to the work that genuinely requires it. Work that used to consume days of research is completed in minutes.

Human decision-making preserved. LIFF jus.gov does not replace the prosecutor, the attorney or the public servant. It expands analytical capacity, reduces operational effort and delivers verifiable information for faster, more consistent and well-founded decisions — with source traceability and a complete audit trail, aligned to Brazilian public-sector AI governance requirements including CNJ Resolution 615/2025 and LGPD.

Delivered on AWS. LIFF jus.gov runs natively on AWS, deployed and operated by LIFF: application and retrieval services on Amazon EKS; foundation-model workloads on Amazon Bedrock with a multi-model approach, so each task uses the most appropriate model; and the platform's specialized agents — including the Jurimetrics Agent — operated on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore with per-step tracing. The case-law corpus and institutional documents live in Amazon S3, indexed for lexical and semantic retrieval in Amazon OpenSearch Service; transactional data (projects, monitoring, permissions) in Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL (RDS). Security and governance are AWS-standard: workloads in the São Paulo Region (sa-east-1) for data residency, VPC isolation, KMS encryption at rest and in transit, IAM least-privilege, and a complete audit trail via CloudTrail and CloudWatch — the technical foundation for LGPD and CNJ Resolution 615/2025 compliance.
