Syntax CxLink Backup leverages our in depth knowledge of both SAP and AWS. It consolidates multiple AWS tools into a single product with a simple interface, providing more efficient, faster backup and recovery of SAP data. It is not a separate product, it is integrated into your SAP environment for easy access.

What do you like best about the product?

They know SAP and work with SAP directly saving us time and energy. SLAs are always good. We have been with them since FIT times and like having a good long term releateship.

What do you dislike about the product?

Cost, they are not the cheapest solution around. Sometimes it is hard to tell is the problem is with SAP or with hosting. We do not have access to manage or servers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP hosting, Infrastructure as a service. we are testing Azure now and will see how they both compare. BUt it is always nice to have that extra layer of support.
