Overview
The primary objective is to empower engineers to investigate and analyze technical issues, determine root causes, and recommend effective solutions. The system ensures full traceability by updating ITSM tools in real-time and can be integrated with various monitoring platforms to analyze logs autonomously. The agent is engineered with robust guardrails and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Deployed directly within your infrastructure, it ensures that sensitive data remains within your environment and never leaves your secure perimeter. Human-in-the-Loop: Ensures oversight and approval for agent suggested remediation plan.
Components: The SRE-AI Agent components are containers apps redis-cache and postgres DB.
- Genesis Frontend: Provides chatbot window to interact with agents
- Genesis Backend: Bridge between Genesis-frontend and agents. Also maintains user-management access
- SRE-AI Agent: AI agent detects, analyses, proposes and fixes the remediation plan.
- ITSM Agent: AI Agent supports to create, update and close tickets into freshservice (ITSM).
- Redis-cache: Required to maintain user-context for agent.
- Postgres Database: Maintains agent tables and user-management.
