AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one pricing dimension: Product Access, sold in Units under a contract. You buy access to data covering US construction permits, properties, and businesses across residential and commercial sectors. Pricing is usage-based, tied to the number of records you export each month. You retrieve any mix of permit, property, and business records up to your included record limit. Because there is a single dimension, you scale by adjusting the number of Units you purchase rather than choosing between separate tiers.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one record toward my monthly export limit?
A record is a single exported entry, and you can pull any mix of building permit, property, or business (contractor and developer) records. For example, a limit of 10,000 records could be split as 4,000 permits, 3,000 properties, and 3,000 businesses, in any combination up to your total.
What happens if I need more records than my monthly limit allows?
You can buy additional export credits on demand. Credits are sold in fixed increments at a set per-record rate. This lets you handle occasional spikes without changing your base access, and only the extra records you export add to your cost.
How are records delivered and can I search without using export credits?
You export records through a web app or API. You can search, filter, and view records in the web app without limit; only exporting counts against your record allowance. Broader delivery options like data warehouse and AWS integration support pipeline workflows.
