Day 1 — Scope Confirmation and Readiness Validation Compass UOL confirms the participating users, business area, selected data sources, predefined workflow, simple outputs, access requirements, and five-day delivery plan.

Day 2 — User and Environment Configuration Compass UOL configures the Amazon Quick proof-of-value environment and enables the selected business users.

Day 3 — Native Connector Setup Compass UOL configures approved native or prebuilt connector-based source connections, subject to access and connector readiness.

Day 4 — Workflow and Output Configuration Compass UOL configures the predefined simple workflow and up to five predefined proof-of-value outputs using available data from approved sources.
