The Diabetes Collaborative Registry® is the first clinical ambulatory registry aimed at tracking and improving the quality of diabetes and cardiometabolic care across the primary and specialty care continuum. This interdisciplinary effort is led by Veradigm and the American College of Cardiology in partnership with the American Diabetes Association, the American College of Physicians, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and the Joslin Diabetes Center. This registry is currently enrolling practices across multiple specialties, specifically primary care, family care, internal medicine, endocrinology and cardiology.

This listing uses a single pricing dimension called Product Access (Units). It is offered at no cost, so there are no paid tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons to compare. The dimension grants subscribers access to the product. Because only one option exists, pricing does not scale by volume, term, or feature level. You select this single unit to gain access, with nothing else to configure on the pricing side.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of Product Access grant?
One unit grants a subscriber access to the Diabetes Collaborative Registry product. It functions as an access grant rather than a metered resource like compute or storage. Because the product is offered at no cost, adding this single unit unlocks access without any usage charges.
Will my cost change as usage or the number of subscribers grows?
No. This listing carries a single free dimension with no paid tiers or usage add-ons. Cost does not scale with volume, subscriber count, or time. Access remains at no charge regardless of how you use the product. There are no thresholds or overage points to trigger a bill change.
What kind of data does access to this registry cover?
The registry supports research on diabetes and related metabolic and cardiovascular conditions. Published analyses drawn from it examine areas such as cardiovascular risk reduction, quality of care, and treatment patterns in patients with diabetes. Access under this single unit grants entry to the product itself.
