Mercurius handles initial discovery, baseline allowlist creation, change management workflows for legitimate software updates, exception requests, monthly review of denied executions, and 24x7 operations including incident triage. Especially effective for OT environments where EDR agents are impractical, regulated industries with strict configuration management requirements, and legacy infrastructure where patching is slow or impossible. Service includes integration with Mercurius SOC AI 24/7 for full incident response, monthly executive report, and dedicated allowlisting specialist for high-impact endpoints. This managed service is delivered for customer workloads running on AWS and is offered in relation to the following AWS services on which Mercurius deploys and operates application allowlisting: Amazon EC2, AWS Systems Manager, Amazon ECS, and Amazon EKS.
