Inventory Dashboard Allow for drill down such that executives see everything, regional managers see their regions, and managers see their own dealership.
Ability to View Dashboard at Different Levels: • Individual • Sales Manager • Dealership Level (global view)
Example Metrics: • Inventory by type (sedan, truck, SUV, etc) • Average price • Average # by type on lot • Average # of interested buyers • Sales volume by price • # of cars sold by month/week/etc. • Inventory cost • Cost to get car saleable • Insurable value of vehicles in inventory • Vehicle source breakdown (where the vehicles have been purchased from) • Inventory by type (this provides a nice comparison with the car sales by type) • Turn time (average time on lot to sale) • Margin vs. revenue • Source (Commercial, web ad, mail ad, etc)
Sales Report Dashboard Allow for varying levels of personnel to view such that a sales manager at a dealership can see his own dealership, a regional manager could see his dealerships, and executives could see all of the dealerships.
