Overview
Policies and Procedures are only effective if they are utilized, monitored, and understood by employees. With the pace of change due to world events increasing, it is more important than ever before to ensure policies and procedures are properly managed, tracked, and tested on a frequent basis. Additionally as policies and procedures are updated, it is imperative that all employees adopt the new guidelines in an effective and time efficient manner, because often times the speed of adoption can save lives.
Recognizing that not all airports will require the same policies and procedures (due to regional, state laws, or weather differences, etc), it is important that airports and their Transportation Officers are able to receive only the applicable policies and procedures without the irrelevant. Additionally it is important that when an Agency policy is updated, all airports are able to easily adopt and distribute the policy to their employees.
Iternal's software can support Public Sector (Federal, State, and Local) Transportation Agencies in the management, maintenance, and distribution of policies and procedures by functioning as a single system through which all policies and procedures can be held and released. Iternal's software can also distribute the applicable updates in any media format so depending on the unique needs of each airport or Transportation Officer the information could be available in text, image, slide, audio, or video formats. Iternal's software also has a content inheritance system that would allow for the easy administration of national level Transportation Agencies policies as well as any subset of regional, state, or local airport policies that require further detail or customization.
You can use purchased credits across multiple use cases. ILIM Credits are the common unit for measuring platform system usage to include building stories, generating outputs, capturing IdeaBlocks®, saving stories, archiving stories, and downloading media and using various applications in the Iternal Technologies ecosystem. Credits purchased for use on AWS GovCloud FedRAMP High Infrastructure are not exchangeable with Commercial / Commercial Cloud Credits. Listing is for the software license only, does not include professional services or systems integration which will likely be required to realize the full potential of the system.
