How It Works
Designed to be compatible with any company's website, C3 AI provides a block of UI code that can be plugged into an existing website CMS to render the conversational experience on a webpage. This UI code then integrates with C3 Agentic AI Websites using our SDK. Companies can determine the content used by C3 Agentic AI Websites. For example, data from the CMS can be used to generate and maintain a knowledge base. Companies can also provide additional content to the solution as required.

What do you like best about the product?
I think, the UI is pretty clean for use for anybody. Two main things are: Time to value is accelerated by a comprehensive platform with pre-built applications, solid experience working with big businesses and governmental organizations.

For small businesses or straightforward use cases, it could be excessive.

It can feel a bit slow when working on large projects. The initial setup also takes some time, especially for new users. I’d also find it helpful if there were more built-in templates available.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes aggregating complex enterprise data much less painful. The orchestration tools allow us to build and link AI agents together without rebuilding our data infrastructure from scratch. Plus, having full traceability on what the agents are doing gives us peace of mind when deploying them in production.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial deployment requires heavy technical lift. Configuring custom data connections can be complex, and our non-technical users struggle to build workflows without constantly relying on our engineering team for help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our data fragmentation issues. Instead of manually querying SQL databases and copying data between systems, we set up workflows to automate those repetitive steps. This cuts down human error, frees up engineering time, and gives us faster answers for operational decisions
