How It Works
Designed to be compatible with any company's website, C3 AI provides a block of UI code that can be plugged into an existing website CMS to render the conversational experience on a webpage. This UI code then integrates with C3 Agentic AI Websites using our SDK. Companies can determine the content used by C3 Agentic AI Websites. For example, data from the CMS can be used to generate and maintain a knowledge base. Companies can also provide additional content to the solution as required.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the C3 Agentic AI Platform is how it makes it easier to apply AI to real business tasks. I appreciate that it brings different data sources, AI tools, and workflows together in one place, which helps everything feel more connected and manageable. Overall, it feels flexible and practical for automating repetitive work and supporting better decision-making, without adding unnecessary complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike is that it can take a while to understand and feel comfortable with all the features. For someone new to the platform, the learning curve can feel a bit steep at first. I also think the overall user experience could be simplified and made more intuitive in certain areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
C3 Agentic AI Platform helps address the challenge of managing data, AI tools, and business processes in separate systems. It brings these pieces together and supports automating repetitive tasks, which saves time and makes it easier to turn data into useful insights. For me, the biggest benefit is being able to work with AI and business data in one place, rather than having to rely on multiple tools.

What do you like best about the product?
It enables us to quickly prototype, test, and deploy AI agents, which helps automate multi-step enterprise tasks reliably.
What do you dislike about the product?
While C3 offers strong enterprise capabilities, the initial onboarding experience is still complex and time-consuming. As other modern multi-agent frameworks and visual tools make multi-agent orchestration far simpler and quicker to deploy, C3’s setup curve stands out as notably steep. But i wont go and say its something i dislike i rather say i prefer this aspect less
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us enormously in many instances. We used to struggle with disconnected data spread across multiple tools. C3 brings everything together in one place, so we can run complex tasks quickly without constantly switching between apps.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform's model-driven architecture and multi-hop agent orchestration make scaling enterprise AI application delivery significantly faster than building custom pipelines from scratch. C3 AI Studio effectively bridges low-code visualization (via Application Canvas) for business users with full-code tools for technical teams. Having built-in governance, data fusion, and observability for autonomous agents makes it much easier to deploy context-aware, traceable AI workflows into real production environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The abstraction layer and model-driven environment carry a learning curve initially for traditional developers who are accustomed to native Python or unconstrained open-source frameworks. Debugging complex multi-agent dependencies across custom objects can also require specialized platform expertise.
