Usage instructions
Launch Instructions
Subscribe to the JupiterMeet Lite AWS Marketplace listing and launch an EC2 instance using the provided AMI.
Select an x86_64 EC2 instance type suitable for your expected meeting usage. For basic testing, we recommend at least 2 vCPUs and 2 GiB RAM. For better performance, select an instance with higher CPU, memory, and stable network bandwidth.
During instance launch, select "Create new security group". AWS Marketplace will automatically create the recommended security group with the required inbound rules for JupiterMeet Lite.
Configure a domain or subdomain and point its DNS A record to the EC2 instance public IP address.
Open the application setup URL on port 8080 in a browser: http://yourdomain.com:8080
Follow the on-screen setup process by providing the required domain and email details.
JupiterMeet Lite is an open source & self hosted video conferencing platform.
Once the initial setup has been completed on your domain and the SSL certificates are healthy, copy and save all generated credentials.
Then open the installation URL: https://yourdomain.com/install
Complete the JupiterMeet Lite setup by providing the required admin credentials and database credentials generated during the previous step.
Your JupiterMeet Lite application should now be ready to use.

After setup, you can configure additional settings for the application from the admin dashboard.
