Overview
HealthChoice™ is a cost-effective way to build State-Based Exchanges. This solution includes the functional and technical components necessary to implement and operate a State-Based Exchange. The solution encompasses the functional capabilities such as anonymous browsing, Consumer Decision Support Tool (CDST), application processing, eligibility determination, plan shopping, enrollment, and management, administrative and broker portals. It provides out of the box technical capabilities, such as authentication and authorization framework, a state-of-the-art user interface, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions, connectivity to federal hub services, and other architectural concerns. HealthChoice™ integrates with AWS services such as Amazon RDS for secure database management, S3 for document storage, and CloudWatch for real-time monitoring, ensuring reliable, scalable performance and compliance.
This solution is highly configurable to meet the specific needs of the exchange. The HealthChoice™ suite of components includes plug and play features such as HealtChoice-EDE, HealthChoice-Data Analytics and HealthChoice-Chat Bot.
HealtChoice-EDE is an easy pathway for states that use the Federally Facilitated Marketplace to transition over to the State-Based Marketplace by utilizing Enhanced Direct Enrollment APIs and integrating with broker enrollment system. HealthChoice-EDE is built based on the standardized CMS-published EDE API specifications.
Health Choice-Data Analytics is a cloud agnostic platform that offers out-of-the-box monitoring and forecasting capabilities to enhance the oversight and decision-making of the leaders of the Health Insurance Marketplace.
HealthChoice Chatbot offers all the components needed to build and operate a GenAI chatbot solution. Health Choice Chatbot improves operational efficiency and encourages self-service.
