Dimensions summary
BugSnag for AWS offers two independent one-year subscription options that you buy separately based on what you monitor. The BugSnag Error dimension covers error monitoring and is priced by a capacity of 100,000 events per day. The BugSnag Performance dimension covers performance monitoring and is priced by a capacity of 150 million spans per month. Each option carries its own usage unit, so you can subscribe to one or both. Both commit for a 1-year term. Pricing scales by adding units of the relevant capacity rather than by feature tiers.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An event is a single recorded error occurrence sent from your application to BugSnag. The subscription covers up to 100,000 such events per day. Multiple occurrences of the same error each count as separate events toward the daily capacity.
A span records a single timed operation, such as an app start-up, screen or page load, or network request. Distributed tracing links spans across your system. The subscription covers up to 150 million spans per month across these monitored operations.
The two subscriptions bill independently. The BugSnag Error option meters error events per day, while the BugSnag Performance option meters spans per month. You can buy either alone or both together. Each carries its own capacity unit and its own one-year term.

What do you like best about the product?
It shows exact error stack, device info, user impact which helps debugging much more faster. Also dashboard is much easy and clean to understand.

Dashboard gets little cluttered, when there are many error groups, Navigating between the issues sometime get less intuitive.

In particular, it addresses issues that are difficult to reproduce. BugSnag assists us in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving problems quickly, which helps improve app stability and reduces the time spent debugging.
