TrainOps on AWS helps organizations build, migrate and modernize digital products on Amazon Web Services while their own team gains the skills to own them. Drawing on more than ten years of AWS training and consulting, we start from a simple belief: investing in people means investing in the future of your business. We don’t deliver from the outside. We join your team, work side-by-side on your real projects, and close the skills gap along the way. The approach applies to several cloud adoption tracks, including infrastructure modernization, application migration, cloud-native development, DevOps adoption and Agentic AI solutions.
Two Experts on Your Side
TrainOps on AWS is optimized for cross-functional teams of up to seven people. One Cloud Advisor and one or more Cloud Enablers join your team to build the solution together:
- The Cloud Advisor acts as coach and instructor. They provide architectural and strategic guidance, promote AWS Well-Architected design practices, and build personalized learning paths that close specific skills gaps.
- The Cloud Enabler works as an embedded team member. They provide hands-on cloud engineering support toward your sprint goals and guide the build of AWS solutions.
The Engagement
The engagement follows a two-phase path.
- In Inception our team joins your product backlog. We work with your product owners and engineers to understand business and technical requirements, align on priorities, and pick the user stories that deliver the most value.
- During Learn & Build we build those stories side-by-side with your team, using a training-on-the-job approach: every story is delivered and turned into a learning opportunity at the same time, so value and skills grow together from the first sprint.
The Pricing Model
TrainOps on AWS is sold as a monthly subscription with three tiers. Each tier sets how much the Cloud Advisor and Cloud Enablers are involved. As your project grows or slows down, you can move up or down a tier, so you only pay for the effort you actually need.
