You buy Scout as a fixed-scope contract, picking one of three engagement stages. Each stage bundles a set number of use cases, AI agents, and consulting hours. Foundation covers one use case, one agent concept, and a local prototype demonstration. Pilot adds a working agent, more consulting hours, non-production staging on Scout, and up to five users. Operational scales to two use cases, two agents, the most consulting hours, plus production deployment with SLAs and governance. The stages follow a progression from proof-of-concept to production, so scope and included hours grow as you move up.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What do the consulting hours in each stage cover?
The hours pay for hands-on work with the vendor's team. This includes assessing your use case, designing the agent, building workflows, and integrating with your systems. Foundation includes 20 hours, Pilot includes 40 hours, and Operational includes 100 hours. Higher stages fund more design, testing, and deployment work.
What counts as one "use case" and one "AI agent" for billing?
A use case is one business workflow the agent automates, such as customer support or document verification. An AI agent is one deployed digital worker built for that workflow. Foundation and Pilot cover one use case and one agent. Operational covers two use cases and two agents.
What deployment environment do I get at each stage?
Foundation delivers a local prototype demonstration only. Pilot moves to non-production staging on Scout for up to five users. Operational reaches production deployment on Scout, with service-level agreements and governance controls. The environment moves from proof-of-concept toward live production as you move up the stages.

Ideal for IT operations optimization, enterprise AI observability, and predictive analytics, Scout-itAI empowers organizations to align IT performance with financial and operational goals.
