Scout offers three service tiers: Foundation, Pilot, and Operational, each available as a standalone engagement or as part of a progressive journey toward full AI operationalization. Each tier is fixed-price and includes professional consulting, Scout platform access, and engineering services. All tiers are delivered remotely by the A&I Solutions consulting and engineering team. Each engagement includes a dedicated point of contact and milestone-based delivery checkpoints. Additional Services Available: System integration, additional agents, extended training, data preparation services, and on-site delivery are available as add-ons under a separate statement of work.

You buy Scout as a fixed-scope contract, picking one of three engagement stages. Each stage bundles a set number of use cases, AI agents, and consulting hours. Foundation covers one use case, one agent concept, and a local prototype demonstration. Pilot adds a working agent, more consulting hours, non-production staging on Scout, and up to five users. Operational scales to two use cases, two agents, the most consulting hours, plus production deployment with SLAs and governance.
