generativ provides effective support focused on ensuring uninterrupted operation of your Atlassian platform, which is running on AWS. Our service covers administrative tasks that maintain smooth daily performance, as well as continuous improvements and adaptations to evolving business and technical requirements. This Service Level Agreement includes comprehensive support for Atlassian environments, along with optional consulting and solution architecture services that can be delivered as ongoing support or dedicated projects.
This service includes the following support deliverables:
- General support for Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Analysis and resolution of incidents within Jira and Confluence instances (“bug fixing”)
- Collection, structured evaluation, and integration of change requests through a moderated Change Review Board for Jira and Confluence (as needed)
- Comprehensive support as consultants and solution architects for integrating new user stories, processes, and projects into Jira and Confluence
We work with both Atlassian Cloud and Data Center deployments, including environments hosted on AWS infrastructure, delivering guidance that aligns with Atlassian and AWS best practices. Whether resolving issues, refining workflows, or shaping long-term architecture decisions, we help teams maintain reliable day-to-day operations while continuously improving their Atlassian platform.
