Overview
DataMax Data Platform Accelerated is a fixed-scope, fixed-timeline professional services engagement that stands up an enterprise-grade data platform on AWS in 8 to 12 weeks. The accelerator is designed for organizations consolidating fragmented data sources, replacing legacy data warehouses, or establishing a governed foundation for analytics, business intelligence, and generative AI initiatives. DataMax delivers end-to-end: solution architecture, infrastructure-as-code deployment, ingestion pipeline development, dimensional and semantic modeling, orchestration, observability, and structured knowledge transfer to your internal data team.
The reference architecture pairs Amazon S3 with Apache Iceberg as the open lakehouse storage layer, AWS Glue for catalog and serverless ETL, Amazon Redshift or Amazon Athena for analytical query, dbt for SQL-based transformation and testing, and Apache Airflow on Amazon MWAA (or Dagster) for orchestration. All infrastructure is provisioned through Terraform and deployed via GitLab CI/CD or AWS CodePipeline, with operational monitoring through Amazon CloudWatch and cost governance through AWS Organizations service control policies and tag policies. Optional modules extend the platform with Amazon Bedrock integration for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workloads, LLM observability with Langfuse or Arize Phoenix, and EU AI Act and GDPR compliance controls for regulated workloads.
DataMax is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner holding competencies in Data & Analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, delivering through a nearshore model that combines a Munich-based engagement team with a delivery center in Albania. Production references span mobility, climate technology, ESG/CSRD reporting, and IoT — including data platforms built for MILES Mobility, Beyonnex, Greenlyte Carbon Technologies, and Code Gaia.
