MeetriX captures online and in-person meetings, transcribes Arabic and English with speaker attribution, and creates editable summaries, minutes, decisions, and action items. It supports Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, calendar auto-join, more than 100 report templates, and cloud, private-cloud, or on-premises deployment.
MeetriX by Lisan is an AI meeting intelligence workspace for teams that work in Arabic and English. It joins Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex meetings, or processes in-person recordings and uploaded audio. MeetriX creates speaker-attributed transcripts, editable summaries, formal minutes, decisions, and action items with owners and dates.
The speech workflow supports English, 32 Arabic dialects, and code-switching. Teams can connect Outlook or Google Calendar, apply auto-join rules, use more than 100 report templates, customize vocabulary for names and terminology, send recaps by email, PDF, Notion, or Microsoft Teams, and review meeting analytics.
Public plans are purchased per named user. Each Pro user includes 1,600 minutes/credits per month, allocated throughout the contract term. One processed audio minute consumes one credit. Credits may also be consumed by eligible AI operations, such as regeneration, translation, analysis, and other AI-powered processing, based on the applicable credit rate for each operation. Usage above the total agreement allowance is metered as Extra Minutes/Credits.
Managed cloud, private cloud, and on-premises deployment are available. Private cloud, on-premises operation, white-label branding, custom service levels, and organization-wide implementation are scoped through AWS private offers. AI-generated transcripts and summaries should be reviewed before use in legal, regulatory, or other high-consequence decisions.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy MeetriX access through three contract-based dimensions. The MeetriX Pro Seat is the base unit. Each seat includes 1,600 minutes/credits per month for the contract term. The Additional Pro Seat lets you add more seats that draw from the shared pool of minutes/credits. The Additional Minute/Credit dimension covers usage above your included agreement allowance, billed per minute or credit. Seats scale your team size, while additional minutes/credits scale your usage. You combine these dimensions to match seat count and expected meeting volume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one minute or credit for billing purposes?
A minute or credit measures meeting activity processed by the AI notetaker. The bot joins your calls, transcribes speech, and generates minutes. Each Pro Seat includes 1,600 minutes/credits per month. Usage above that included allowance is billed through the Additional Minute/Credit dimension.
What happens if my team uses more than the included monthly minutes/credits?
Each Pro Seat includes 1,600 minutes/credits per month. Once your team exceeds the included agreement allowance, usage is billed through the Additional Minute/Credit dimension, charged per minute or credit above the allowance. Adding an Additional Pro Seat also increases the shared pool of minutes/credits.
Which dimension drives most of my cost, seats or additional minutes?
Seat count and additional minutes bill independently and both appear on your invoice. Seats scale team size and each adds 1,600 monthly minutes/credits to the shared pool. Additional Minute/Credit charges apply only when usage passes your included allowance. Heavy meeting volume raises the additional minute portion.
