What do you like best about the product?
The clarity is what struck me. Within a single day, it mapped external attack vectors, partner endpoints, and brand-related exposures. Having that constant stream of intelligence helps our network team stay on the front foot instead of playing catch-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deep scans occasionally slow the UI. Query performance could be better under heavy loads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now anticipate where vulnerabilities may appear rather than waiting for exploitation. AI correlation across external and vendor feeds means risks are addressed before they’re weaponized.

For our product security team, the standout feature is how it connects exposures back to our customer-facing services. It flagged third-party weaknesses and API attack vectors almost immediately after setup, plus brand impersonation risks that could confuse users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Supply chain questionnaires feel too generic. Smarter, AI-assisted prompts would reduce manual effort.

I was surprised how many forgotten assets it turned up. Within a day, RiskProfiler had identified old domains and supplier connections we’d lost track of. That kind of resurfacing intelligence keeps reminding us that threats don’t just live on what we actively manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports can sometimes feel too granular, with long lists that analysts must trim down manually. Smarter filtering defaults would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve uncovered shadow IT and unmanaged vendor links that could have been exploited. Folding those into AI analysis now means we’re predicting risks before they escalate.

What do you like best about the product?
RiskProfiler covers external surfaces, supplier ecosystems, and brand protection. Deployment took less than a day, and the executive dashboard finally gives me a top-level understanding I can share with non-technical stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not notice many issues with the system. However, accessibility can be improved a bit.

Fragmented visibility was our biggest headache. Now there’s a single source of truth on ecosystem risks, letting leadership track exposure levels without relying on multiple reports.
