The Hyperscience Implementation Service will help to install and configure the Hyperscience Platform using an approach that has been refined over many implementations to encapsulate the best practice for Hyperscience projects. The approach includes three phases: Design, Build, and Deploy.

Design: Kickoff meeting, introduction training, review use cases and volumes, architecture design, integration design, sizing and provisioning of DEV and UAT.

Build: Weekly check-ins to begin, status reports and more in depth user training. Document layout creation, application configuration, ML training and running with samples. Build out and test integrations and business logic. Production infrastructure sizing.

Deploy: Develop training materials and conduct further training, prepare operational support. End-to-end testing, promote Dev ML models and layouts to production. Deploy production, promote business logic and automation to production.
