NeoEdge Cloud is based on a monthly subscription. Regardless of when you add a new license during the current month, the billing endpoint for the license will be 0:00 UTC on the first day of the following month, and billing will not be suspended mid-term. The monthly fee for each license will be calculated as: [Total number of days from the start of the subscription until 0:00 UTC of the next month] x [Daily Unit Price]. Each license will automatically renew at 0:00 UTC on the 1st day of every month.

Dimensions summary
NeoEdge Cloud bills on usage with three independent daily dimensions. You pay per day for each unit you activate, so costs scale with the number of days used. Remote Access covers remote operation and maintenance of edge devices. TEXOL Connector handles data connectivity to equipment and systems. NeoEdge X supports edge orchestration and AI deployment. These dimensions are not tiers or sizes of one product. You can activate each one separately based on which capabilities you need, and combine them as your deployment grows.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each unit meters one day of use for one activated capability. Remote Access bills per day of remote device operation and maintenance. TEXOL Connector bills per day of data connectivity to equipment and systems. NeoEdge X bills per day of edge orchestration and AI deployment. You count units by days activated.
Charges accrue only for the days a unit is active. If you do not activate a dimension on a given day, that dimension does not add cost. Daily metering means your bill tracks actual usage. Activating fewer days lowers the charge for that dimension.
The three dimensions bill independently and add together. Each one accrues its own daily charge based on days activated. Running Remote Access, TEXOL Connector, and NeoEdge X together produces three separate daily line items on the same invoice. You can activate any subset without triggering the others.
