Overview

CloudOps Fly is designed to maintain environments up to date, supported, controlled, and available 24x7, through a team of professionals who possess an in-depth understanding of the subject matter, as opposed to generic call centers. On a periodic basis, we offer the following services:

  1. Security Patches: These are installed every 90 days on the operating systems of production instances.
  2. Database Backups: The database is configured with automatic backups, enabling rollbacks to previous minutes through log analysis. Furthermore, complete daily backups of the database are stored in a dedicated storage area for this purpose.
  3. Application Backups: Every night, backups of production servers are performed and stored in the designated storage area.
  4. 24x7 Monitoring and Support: We provide channels for opening service requests and emergency maintenance, in addition to automated monitoring to ensure availability and reduce response time in case of incidents.
  5. Source Code Repository Management: If required, we offer a Git source code repository for the development team, where they should submit all versions of the system's source code. This repository can be accessed by each developer through encrypted keys, ensuring that everyone works from a unified repository owned by the Group, enabling rapid access to the latest developed version and its entire history.
  6. User, Group, and Firewall Rule Management: We manage all users with access to the account, whether they are physical or logical (applications) users, as well as security groups, public and private subnets, and access rules.
  7. Domain and Entry Management: We manage the Route53 service with strict control, using Multi-Factor Authentication for any domain adjustments. This management requires a minimum of dual authorization.
  8. Server Capacity vs. Demand Analysis: We perform ongoing analysis of servers and databases to identify the causes of slowdowns and provide insights to the development team to detect faults or areas of improvement
