Overview
EZConvertBI is a cloud based agentic Tableau to Quick Sight migration solution on AWS Transform that helps enterprises seamlessly migrate their Tableau dashboards via a simple chat interface. The solution securely connects to Tableau environments, on premises or cloud hosted (including Amazon EC2), to analyze dashboards and workbooks, extract metadata, and assess migration readiness for Amazon Quick Sight.
AWS Transform users can access both the Analyzer and Converter agents of EZConvertBI via a one time subscription on AWS Marketplace after setting up their Transform account.
Note: To set up the AWS Transform account and subscribe to the EZConvertBI Tableau Analyzer and Quick Sight Converter agents, refer to the user guides and demos in the resource section. Without the AWS Transform account, agents cannot function independently even if you subscribe via AWS marketplace.

Tableau to Quick Sight converter agent, enables self guided, automated Tableau to Quick Sight migration. AWS Prerequisites: Ensure the following prerequisites are met in the AWS account:
1: AWS Transform service is enabled (one-time per AWS account) 2: AWS Marketplace subscription is completed (required once) 3: Amazon Quick Sight is enabled in the same AWS account 4: Amazon Bedrock AgentCore is available in the account 5: Access to Claude models in Amazon Bedrock (If not already enabled, a one-time request is required)

Known Limitations (Summary)
1: Tableau Server behind MFA providers (for example, Okta) has limited or no support. 2: Cross account migration is not supported; AWS Transform and Amazon Quick Sight must be in the same AWS account. 3: For non-US regions, AWS Transform agents run in (us-east-1), while Quick Sight assets can be created in another region within the same account. 4: Some Tableau features are not converted, including users and groups, refresh schedules, Tableau Prep flows, permissions/RLS, exact layouts, blended datasets, certain chart types, and Excel data sources.
