This contract charges by unit across five separate execution areas. You pick the areas that match your retail setup and pay for the units you need in each. Shelf Edge covers print media, labels, and ticketing. ESL & DSE covers electronic shelf label execution across supported label systems. Online Channels covers commerce across in-store and online. In-store Retail Media covers real-time price and promotion display on store media networks. Store Licenses cover individual licenses for retail networks. Each area is priced independently by unit, so your cost scales with the volume you deploy in each.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for billing across these five execution areas?
Each area meters its own unit. Shelf Edge counts printed media, labels, or tickets. ESL & DSE counts electronic shelf labels executed. Online Channels and In-store Retail Media count commerce and media units. Store Licenses count individual retail network licenses. Your count in each area reflects the volume you deploy there.
If I add more of one area, does my charge in the other areas change?
No. Each of the five areas is priced independently by unit. Adding more Shelf Edge units affects only that area. Your total is the sum of the units you deploy across the areas you choose. Areas you do not use add nothing to your bill.
Does the ESL & DSE area work with any electronic shelf label hardware, or only certain systems?
The ESL & DSE area executes electronic shelf label updates across several supported label systems named in the pricing dimension. You pay per unit of execution. If your store uses a system not listed, confirm support with the vendor before purchase.
