Overview
This POC can be a start to providing a Financial Roadmap that reflects what the business has done and should do, what can and will impact it and how those impacts will be felt and mitigated. A plan that evolves with the business and a process that connects seamlessly with the entire organization. Unfortunately, due to legacy technology and the time sensitive nature of the need, most FP&A processes devolve into data collection and verification exercises, where data points and participants are reduced to simplify the process and compress time. Still, the overall process is a herculean manual effort aimed mostly at "creating and loading the model". The result is a sub-optimized plan that leaves FP&A little time to support, inform, analyze, and partner with the business.
Common Client Issues:
- Are you working in multiple applications to perform analytics, planning, aggregating, etc.?
- Are the limitations of sharing data forcing you to download/export data to other tools for analysis?
