Overview
The customer intelligence hub provides restaurants, retailers, and other customer-focused businesses with all the customer information they need to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. This user-friendly customer intelligence solution is built directly in Amazon QuickSight and offers insight into a broad array of pre-identified KPIs and customizable topics designed to enable leaders to track customer trends, proactively address issues, identify new opportunities, and ultimately improve performance at each of their business locations.
The dashboards and visualizations in the customer intelligence hub are built with the end user in mind, enabling users to:
- Measure customer experience over time and spot anomalies.
- Dive into details at the store level and measure how each store is performing.
- See store locations that have exceeded user-defined thresholds based on the number of good/bad reviews (of various types) within a user-defined time window.
- Compare stores to others in their user-defined peer group.
- Identify new topics that need to be analyzed.
In addition, the customer intelligence hub includes multiple already configured QuickSight Q topics, enabling the capabilities of gen BI. This makes insights more accessible to business leaders without analytics backgrounds and enables querying in natural language, helping users answer critical questions quickly and easily.
The customer intelligence hub is installed directly in your Amazon QuickSight environment as part of a customized consulting engagement with Wavicle, which ensures you have ongoing access to critical customer insights and keeps your data within your secure AWS environment.
This is one of three components of the ActiveInsights Customer Intelligence Suite. The other modules are:
