Dimensions summary
You buy access to the platform under a contract, priced by the number of users. The eight dimensions are user bands that cover ranges from 1-25 users up to 751-1000 users. You select the band that matches your team size, and pricing scales as you move into larger bands. Each band covers a defined user count range rather than a per-seat charge. As your user count grows past a band's upper limit, you move to the next band. All bands provide access to the same connected workflow platform.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A user is one person with an account on the platform. Your total account holders determine which band you fall into. Count everyone who needs access across delivery, assurance and handover work, then pick the band covering that number.
Pricing is set by the band your total user count falls into, not per individual seat. When you add users past a band's upper limit, you move to the next band and pay that band's contract price. The change applies to the whole band, not just the extra users.
Yes. Every band gives access to the same connected platform. This covers data governance, progressive assurance, digital handover and operate-and-maintain functions. Bands differ only in the user count range they cover, not in features available.

The Supplier shall deliver the Services in accordance with the service levels detailed in this Schedule:
Service Availability:
- The Supplier shall use its commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Service is available throughout the Subscription Term for 99.9% of the time.
- The target availability detailed at section 2.1 above is understood to be exclusive of planned maintenance carried out during the maintenance window of 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. UK time.
Incident Resolution:
- In the event that the Customer needs to raise an issue to the Supplier than it should do so by contacting the Supplier's support desk.
- The Suppliers Support desk shall be contactable during Normal Business Hours (UK 8AM - 6PM).
- The end user service desk is accessible 24/7/365 and can be accessed through your eviFile solution via e-mail support only - further details on this can be obtained from your customer onboarding team manager. The full SLA is available on request.
