Overview
Chaos Gears delivers custom agentic AI systems on AWS end-to-end: discovery, design, build, integration, production rollout, and ongoing support. An agentic AI system is software that reasons, plans, uses tools, and completes tasks with minimal human supervision. It reads from and writes to the customer's systems of record, retrieves relevant information from their knowledge bases, calls APIs, drafts artefacts, and escalates to a human when the task exceeds its remit. Every engagement is bespoke. A dedicated Chaos Gears team of AI architects and engineers works with the customer to define the agent's job, design its tools and guardrails, ground it in their data through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or direct API integrations, and ship it to production. The customer owns the runtime, the data, and the operational control from day one.
Typical agentic AI use cases delivered by Chaos Gears include internal copilots for sales, operations, and customer service (research, drafting, CRM updates, meeting preparation); back-office automation agents (invoice processing, document intake, reconciliation, exception handling with human-in-the-loop); multi-agent decision support (investigation, triage, orchestration across data sources); domain-specific research agents (regulatory, legal, clinical, competitive intelligence); customer-facing voicebots and chatbots (a separate Chaos Gears APN Solution covers the voice channel specifically); and agent-to-agent orchestration across tools and systems built on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. The stack is built on AWS services including Amazon Bedrock (foundation model platform, AgentCore Runtime, AgentCore Gateway, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails, Data Automation), Amazon OpenSearch Service, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon S3, Amazon Textract, Amazon CloudWatch, AWS IAM, AWS KMS, AWS IAM Identity Center, and AWS CloudFormation or AWS CDK. Model choice spans Anthropic Claude, Amazon Nova, and other Bedrock-available models, selected per step of the agent based on latency, quality, and cost. The dedicated Data & AI team has shipped agentic AI systems to production for customers in financial services, healthcare, insurance, and retail, with measurable outcomes: reduced case handling time, higher throughput on knowledge work, and automation of repetitive decision-making without loss of oversight. All engagements are delivered with zero-retention model configurations and documented guardrails, suitable for enterprise compliance reviews (ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 on the Chaos Gears side). Engagements are transacted as private offers on AWS Marketplace, with clear scope, fixed milestones, production-grade architecture, and a written handover. A typical path from kickoff to a production-ready pilot is 8 to 14 weeks, depending on agent complexity and integration count.

Chaos Gears responds to every buyer inquiry within two business days. After a private offer is accepted, we assign a dedicated project lead and AI Architect who own delivery from discovery through production handover. During delivery, customers receive working-hours support Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 CET, via email and a shared Slack or Microsoft Teams channel, with response SLAs documented in the Statement of Work.
Post-launch support included with every engagement covers: monitoring of agent performance, quality, and cost; bug fixes on Chaos Gears-delivered code during the warranty period; and guidance on tuning prompts, tools, guardrails, and model selection. Extended managed services (24/7 on-call, evolution sprints, model and prompt upgrade cycles, change requests, and new use cases on the same agent) are available through a follow-on private offer.
For issues related to underlying AWS services, Chaos Gears coordinates escalation with AWS Support on the customer's behalf where required, using our AWS Premier Tier Services Partner standing.
