    Engage Central Intelligent Document Processing is an AI-native platform that turns unstructured documents into structured, validated data. It reads invoices, receipts, resumes, contracts, and forms, extracts the fields you need, validates them against your business rules, and routes the output directly into your finance and HR systems.

    Built on Amazon Bedrock (Anthropic Claude Haiku and Claude Sonnet), Amazon Textract, and AWS Step Functions. Deployed in ap-southeast-1 for APAC data residency, with other regions available on request.

    Two purpose-built products are included with every subscription:

    ReimburseMe.ai automates expense and accounts payable workflows. Employees submit receipts through WhatsApp or the web app; the system detects duplicates, catches policy violations, reconciles multi-currency transactions, and routes approvals. Integrations with major finance systems supported.

    HireCentral.co automates high-volume hiring. It parses resumes, ranks candidates against role requirements, validates onboarding documents, and routes shortlists to hiring managers. Purpose-built for HR teams handling hundreds or thousands of applications per role.

    Governance and credibility: Engage Central Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based AI company, an IMDA PSG grantee, and a member of the AI Verify Foundation, Singapore's national AI governance initiative.

    APAC-first product design: Multilingual document support (English, Chinese, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog). India-native features including GST handling and INR pricing. WhatsApp-based expense submission, the default business messaging channel across most of APAC.

    Processing Units (PUs): represent AI document processing capacity. PU consumption varies based on document type, page count, AI processing complexity, and workflow requirements. This ensures fair and scalable pricing across different enterprise use cases.
