What We Can Do For You

• Discovery – Assess existing architecture, business requirements and use cases supported by the system. Review underlying infrastructure, source code, operational processes, and any existing tooling, technology, or enterprise architecture guidelines and standards.
• Solution Design – Propose target state cloud architecture, iterate with relevant stakeholders (Business, Engineering, Infrastructure, Network, Operations, InfoSec, Regulatory & Compliance, Enterprise Architecture, etc.), including securing necessary approvals per existing architecture governance processes (if applicable).
• Prototyping – Execute technical POCs as needed to help evaluate technology options and de-risk implementation
• Planning – Produce implementation project plan complete with resource requirements, sizing, scoping, timeline and budget
• Implementation – End-to-end delivery of target state solution, including requirements management, development, testing, DevOps, release management, Project and Program management, and support
• Handover and Knowledge Transfer – If needed, training of customer’s engineering teams to achieve ownership of the new system, as well as AWS specific technology upskilling, DevOps enhancements, cloud operations, change management, etc.
