What is our primary use case?
My main use case for CoreStack is to search for documents. A quick specific example of something I've searched for using CoreStack is the documents inside my company. I use CoreStack for other tasks as well.
How has it helped my organization?
CoreStack has positively impacted my organization because we can search more documents and much faster. This has helped my team by saving time and improving productivity.
What is most valuable?
The best features CoreStack offers are that it's super fast. The search speed is what makes CoreStack fast.
What needs improvement?
One way CoreStack can be improved is that it's a bit expensive. I do not think there is anything else that could be improved besides the pricing, though there could be improvements regarding features, support, or user experience. There are small things that could make my experience better.

I have been using CoreStack for one year.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
CoreStack's scalability is good.

My advice to others looking into using CoreStack is that they should use it because it's fast. I purchased CoreStack through the AWS Marketplace . I do not have any other improvements needed for CoreStack that I haven't mentioned yet. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.

What do you like best about the product?
customers are very delighted after getting those tailored reports and our NOC team do not have to create those reports manually now. Dashboards and visibility of the data is on spot.
Its very easy to use and implementing is also very user friendly. we have received very good customer support for using this tool for their accounts. our NOC team is using frequent to provide customer with the data required. currently , we have integration also to look after and implement for few third party tools that we are using Inhouse.

It is unidirectional to sync with AWS and some of the lenses like FTR need to include.
