Vendor support
Support services for the Amalgam platform are provided through approved third-party providers and are subject to mutual agreement between the parties as defined in the applicable contract or Statement of Work. Support scope, service levels, availability, and response times are tailored to the customer's deployment and operational requirements and are not included by default with platform access unless explicitly agreed in writing.
This may include, where contracted, technical support, platform configuration assistance, incident management, and operational support. All support arrangements are governed by the terms of the customer's agreement with Amalgam and any applicable third-party support providers.

AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
