LEO Professional Services helps life insurance companies implement, integrate, and operationalize Agentic AI-powered underwriting workflows on AWS.
This professional services engagement supports the deployment, configuration, integration, and production enablement of LEO, an Agentic AI Underwriter built on LUMIQ.AI’s LiteCone platform. Based on the proposed solution architecture, LEO uses AWS services including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Textract, Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS), Elastic Load Balancing, Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Elastic Container Registry (Amazon ECR), AWS Secrets Manager, Amazon CloudWatch, AWS Identity and Access Management (AWS IAM), and Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC).
LEO supports life insurance underwriting workflows through document intelligence, data extraction and validation, cross-document verification, medical, financial, and general risk assessment, workflow orchestration, fraud detection, negative news search, pending requirement management, and explainable AI-assisted decision support. It helps underwriting teams reduce repetitive manual effort, improve assessment consistency, accelerate application processing, and retain visibility into AI-generated recommendations.
The proposed architecture deploys the LiteCone.ai backend and frontend services using Amazon ECS within an Amazon VPC and private subnet. Elastic Load Balancing routes incoming user requests to the application services.
Amazon Bedrock supports the AI capabilities used for underwriting analysis and decision support, while Amazon Textract supports the extraction of text and structured information from insurance applications and supporting documents.
Amazon S3 supports document and data storage, while Amazon DynamoDB supports application persistence. Amazon ECR manages the container images used by the application. AWS Secrets Manager manages application credentials and secrets, AWS IAM controls access and permissions, and Amazon CloudWatch supports application monitoring and logging.
The solution can integrate with external enterprise applications through inbound and outbound APIs and exchange information with messaging queues or event-based systems, based on the customer’s underwriting environment and integration requirements.
