What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful traits of this tool is its capability to connect to various data sources
It's AI driven match and merge technique gives better accuracy and lastly but not the least , it's 360 degree view of critical data including customer, product, supplier master providing single version of truth.

The UI has not been updated for quite sometime now, it needs to be modernized

Accurate match & merge techniques which helps in one of the common problems like customer mastering.
Its data cleansing capability is useful and address doctor is also leveraged in most of the cases.
Audit trails are very robust.

In my point of view, the major dislike is its oldish looking UI, should be fixed and updated.

The system is easy to collect and analyze information and synchronise with other applications.

The thing I like most about informatica Multidomain MDM is its flexibility. It can be configured for any domain considering the requirement is compatible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are number of product bugs present planned for future releases which might impact the deliverables.

Informatica Multidomain MDM is the perfect platform for business where ypu can 360 degree view of details across domain. The complete information, uniqueness and standardize data can help in identifying the needs and ultimately adding value towards thr growth of organization.
