Overview
Hollis Restauron is a high performance, offline first point of sale platform designed for restaurant and franchise operations that require reliable transaction processing across multiple locations. The platform combines point of sale functionality with centralized operational management and real-time synchronization to help businesses maintain consistent data across distributed locations.
Built for environments where connectivity can vary, Restauron is designed around an offline first architecture that allows locations to continue operating while maintaining synchronization with central systems when connectivity is available. This approach helps reduce operational disruption and provides a more resilient foundation for distributed point of sale environments.
Restauron is suitable for organizations managing multiple restaurant locations, franchise networks, and other distributed food service operations. Its technology foundation includes Python and Django for application services, React for the user interface, and PostgreSQL for data management, providing a modern foundation for deployment within AWS environments.
By deploying Restauron on AWS, organizations can incorporate the platform into their existing cloud infrastructure and build a centralized environment for managing distributed point of sale workloads. The solution is intended for businesses seeking a scalable software foundation for multi location operations, centralized data management, and resilient point of sale workflows.
