Customers retain full ownership and control of their AWS account, with the flexibility to adjust billing arrangements at any time, and benefit from invoicing in PLN, EUR, or USD without a credit card requirement, along with mediation in AWS Support cases and access to Proof of Concept (PoC) funding.
Beyond reselling, Hostersi provides 24/7/365 AWS infrastructure management, including real-time monitoring, incident response, security configuration, backup supervision, cost optimization, and FinOps advisory. The service encompasses cloud cost management, AWS Well-Architected Framework reviews, DevOps support, Kubernetes/Amazon EKS administration, and automated alerting to guard against unexpected billing spikes or security breaches.
