AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one pricing dimension: the Enterprise Plan, billed per technician. You buy under a contract, and your cost scales with the number of technician seats you need. Pricing follows active agent seats rather than per-session or per-endpoint charges. Because exact rates are not published, you contact sales to get a quote matched to your deployment size. Platform integration and implementation come as part of the subscription, so the technician count is the main factor that drives what you pay.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one technician for billing under the Enterprise Plan?
Billing is based on active agent seats, not per-session or per-endpoint charges. Each technician who uses the product to run remote support sessions counts as one seat. You pay for the number of agents you license, regardless of how many end-user devices they support.
Does the per-technician price cover platform integrations and implementation, or are those billed separately?
Platform integrations are included in the subscription with no separate charge. Implementation is also included at no extra cost, and ongoing customer success and technical support come with every subscription. This means the technician count is the main factor driving your cost, not add-on fees for setup or connectors.
How does cost change if I need to add more technicians during the contract?
You can expand capacity as your team grows. Adding technician seats takes effect immediately without disrupting existing workflows. Because pricing scales with the number of agent seats, your cost rises with each added technician. Contact sales to arrange seat changes and confirm terms for your deployment.

ScreenMeet is the future of remote assistance
Reviewed on Apr 20, 2023

What do you like best about the product?
ScreenMeet uses a non-intrusive way of managing a remote device without leaving trails behind. Using it in tandem with Tanium, it installs a small agent upon starting a session then, removes it when the session ends. It also provides a good number of shortcuts for troubleshooting tools and a chat window with its handy interphase.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't disliked anything about this product at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are phasing out Configuration Manager and need a cloud centric solution for remote technical assistance for mainly Windows devices.
Consumer Goods
Mostly works, best used out of box, not customized
Reviewed on Dec 14, 2021
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The features that are available in the Out of the Box model are decent. Features such as screen sharing can be turned on and off. Integrates with SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to integrate into our chat card presented programming hiccups, disconnect issues when changing screens, and the background is still not working; only the blur feature works for us. Their response has been lackluster in trying to fix our background issue, and I have to constantly reach out to them after being told they would get back to me in a "day or two" a week later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need video communication for our virtual design conultataions. We honestly haven't used it much because of the background issue. Having the blur feature on is not an option as it blurs the existing rooms, which we are trying to help remodel so it defeats the purpose. I hope that their engineers will figure out our problem in their next sprint.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use it when you are connecting with clients
What do you dislike about the product?
How sometimes it won't show the screenMeet to log with Salesforce and it takes a few hours to bring it up to log it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just the communication between ScreenMeet and SalesForce. It's just nice to take control of a clients screen to show them how to navigate places.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To keep using it and don't be afraid to be curious when trying it out.
