Agent Drama

Agent Drama delivers an end-to-end AI short-drama production capability as a managed professional service. Starting from a text brief, the pipeline automatically generates the screenplay, designs consistent characters, produces shot-by-shot storyboards, renders images and video clips, and composes the final master cut. A recent reference production delivered a complete 90-second, 18-shot teaser ("Black Sky Protocol") through this exact workflow. We handle the architecture, deployment, integration, and knowledge transfer so your team can run the platform in production.

The solution is built cloud-native on AWS using an event-driven, serverless design. It relates to and is implemented with the following AWS products and services: Amazon Bedrock (Claude / Titan Image / Nova Reel) for script, image, and video generation; AWS Lambda and Amazon API Gateway to host the Hono application and serve streaming APIs; Amazon Simple Queue Service (Amazon SQS) and AWS Step Functions to buffer and orchestrate the long-running "script -> storyboard -> image -> video -> compose" workflow; AWS Elemental MediaConvert for transcoding and delivery-ready output; Amazon S3 for media and asset storage; and Amazon CloudFront for global low-latency distribution of finished episodes. The platform also exposes an MCP tool server that integrates with Amazon Quick, enabling an AI producer agent to run research, budget, scheduling, and copywriting tasks against the production line.

Engagement includes solution architecture, deployment into your AWS account, pipeline configuration, cost-optimization guidance (on-demand / burst-friendly billing, budget alerts, queue-based throttling), and operational handover.
