Overview
This Professional Services effort is the Planning Phase of the Navy Enterprise IoT & Smart Shipyard Platform program. The Contractor shall conduct comprehensive planning activities to enable enterprise-scale deployment of Zero Trust-compliant IoT and Industry 4.0 capabilities across U.S. Naval Shipyards, Repair and Maintenance Facilities, and Trident Refit Facilities worldwide.
This Planning Phase encompasses discovery, requirements definition, enterprise architecture development, site assessments, technology evaluation, and implementation roadmap development. The Contractor shall produce all artifacts necessary to initiate the Implementation Phase with clearly defined requirements, validated architecture, and actionable project plans.
The expected architecture leverages AWS IoT Core, AWS Greengrass, AWS Outposts, AWS VPC, and AWS CEGA architecture components.
